Considering that in accordance with principles proclaimed in the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, Trade Union Act and the Labour Standards Act; recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in civil society.  Civil society being defined as a system of governance which creates and promotes harmonious conditions for the human family through equality and equity both socially and economically.

The unfettered right to bargain collectively without interference from outside agencies including any acts or bills which attempt to supersede this act .

The right to withhold our labour in the event of reaching an impasse in the collective bargaining process.
